Savage wines was born when Duncan Savage started his own label in 2011 after spending many years as a winemaker at a previous vineyard.The terroir found in the Cape Town area creates a wonderful balance of minerality, acididty and citrus. With notes of orange blossom, grapefruit and salinity on the finish makes it a great pairing for shellfish or a goat cheese salad.
