Beautiful antique Boho style dress or nightgown - a crisply cool summer dress.

White very loose-fitting dress has pretty cotton darned net lace inserted in panels at the bodice  and a diamond shaped embroidered panel below the front neck.

The lower-calf length dress has a raised waist and elbow length sleeves. The sleeves come to a V point at the top of the arm and are trimmed with the same lace.  A narrow cotton lace with eyelet holes threaded through with ribbon trims the neckline. The sleeves are cut in one piece with the bodice. Originally, this would have been a nightgown. The fabric is cotton. No labels, it's a custom made garment, and bears the owner's name stamped at the back of the neck for laundry ID. 1910s-early 1920s.

Condition

Very good condition. If only we could all look as good as this when we're 100. One small hole in the lace at the front, one tiny spot at the lower front. I have replace the ribbon at the neck.
