Beautiful  floral silk dress, delightfully cool for summer. Originally, it had three-quarter sleeves but I had to remove them as they were badly damaged. 

Below-knee length dress has a wide collar with square corners, and the full skirt is pleated into the waist. It closes at the side with a metal zip and at the front with four snaps. The buttons are just decorative. Not the original buttons, most were missing. I have added original 1950s buttons. Fabric is silk. No labels, it's a homemade dress - 1950s.

Condition

Good. Some modifications as stated - sleeves were removed due to damage. There is a 6 x 2 cm (2.5 x .75")patch at one underarm as shown - not noticeable. Buttons are not original.
